I think you should pick one age for our children to become adults. My son can go to war for this country but can't drive a car after 11 PM. How stupid is this.
By putting stickers on lience plates you are targeting our children for many things, and none of them good.
How will it be known who is driving the car if it's shared with a parent?
I think this who idea needs to be re-thought.

This NJ Law is plain and simply profiling!

All NJ paretnts should put the decals on all of their vehicles so that their children cannot drive a car that doesn't have the required decal.

What were they thinking?????
